she was 5'2,
black hair,
long nails,
prettiest personality,
hair flowing through the wind whispfully,
all round person as you can see,
but me,
i wasn't very talkable,
and even my darkest hour,
i wouldn't hold her accountable,
i swear feels like eachday would last til an eternity,
so grateful when i saw her,
and she noticed me,
wasn't in the best of moods,
she saw tthem in my body language,
picking out different girls to make me happy later,
i was astonished,
every night in her room talking about different things,
like the wedding dresses and the wedding rings,
not knowing i would do anything to make her say,
i love you and i do,
hoping the feelings change,
just know that i love you too,
going to the mall picking things out to make her smile,
since her last boyfriend haven't seen that in awhile,
thinking about the features,
if we had a child...

Sure... Just write down your secrets.
What a simplistic idea.
You know those things you've done or thought or said that you be terrified if  someone ever found out those very things came from you.... pu tthem down on paper. It's just that easy!!!

If only.

But the truth is: we all have them.
Dark ones.
Small ones.
Scary ones.
Ones that will make us feel smaller than we'd like to feel.
Ones that remind us that we are bigger that we think we are.
Ones that in front of other people we might take pride in, but behind closed doors imprison us with shame.
Ones that we're too afraid to claim as our own because of what people might think or say if they knew,
but in our solitude, speak peace to the confusion and restlessness conjured up in our hiding from the sometimes brutal truth that makes us the men and women we've become today.

But what if I told you you're not alone?

What if I told you that I've found a place where you can be honest with your secrets and no one will judge you, tell you that you're wrong or that you you're some kind of monster because of what you've
revealed
uncovered
confessed
Been honest about with others and more importantly....
yourself

Let me put your heart at rest by saying to all of you:
You dont have to be afraid anymore.

This is a place to release all of those fears...
To finally put behind you what might have been weighing on your conscience for
days
weeks
months
years

Now is your chance to be **FREE

We all have our masks.
We hide behind them.
We fit in with them.
We trust tthem.

Masks of bravery.
To show we have control.
To show we know what to do.
When really we are terrified.
Unable to comprehend.

Masks for our friends. To make us fit in.
To blend in when we want to stick out.
To act normally when we want to be different.

Masks to be happy.
Put on a smiling face they say.
Laugh at this joke
they say.
We laugh and smile when all we want to do is go home and cry.

What are we without a mask?
We are unique.
We are hurt.
We feel like we can't trust anyone.
We hope we will find someone who understands us.

Who can I trust.
Not my family.
Not my teachers.
Not most of my friends.

You.
I can trust you.
