It was perhaps a genocide of hopes
another collapse, somehow foreseen
oh but my sadness,
it had only one meaning.

All my intuitions gathered to peek at my lament,
and they succeeded.

Hitherto I had build and demolished again and again your crosswalks with me,
Hitherto I had bet on inventing a truth.

But you,
you found a way,
a most tender relentless manner to remove my love,
with one single blow, it was taken away from the suburbs of your future life,
it was wrapped in nostalgia,
carried for a mile and then for another one,
and then very slowly, without notice from that night's breeze
you left it, just there, alone to his own luck,
that ain't much.

I think you are right: it is one's fault for failing to win another's heart;
not the fault of the excuses, nor time.

It has been a long time, way too long,
since I confronted the mirror like last night,
and he was relentless like you,
but not tender.

Now I'm alone, I am frankly alone
it is always difficult to truly admit one's misfortune,
before going back to my gloomful winter chambers
drying my eyes thoroughly
just in case they glance at you falling back in the fog
while your reminiscence comes back to me.

worm that wiggles inside my wrist
felt and pressed unto the warm, wet grass
of Scotland's afternoon,
kissed to the dirt, connected to the rest
of it's kind, bent backwardly
to the continious pulse that represents all
simontanious life, stripped of skin and cause,
bound to be free one day, bound to swarm
like ink through water:
the universe's tinny pulse met between
its ying and yang;
built on reverbration and
endless enough to makebelieve to be perfect
for the moment,
silently calling, running across death ears
at the breadth of a witch's sowing needle,
cosmic dice, archaic ruin, a thousand tunes
rang mute with shyness,
construction sites,
royalistic virtues centuries had and quickly
forgotten. AI
whispering doom, gloomful suicide of
reason--Amazon choked
in mucky ash, all lost and pretending
otherwise.
History is but an abstract concept,
but nostalgia
relentlessly reserves it's rosey pulse
and ties us pleasantly closer to the great, universal
    grave.
My poetry-break didn't last very long. Sorry.

Standing tall at the edge
Of the coast’s corroding groin,
You radiate.

Your amber hair entangled with
The whispering western wind,
Just as Zephyr carried Venus to shore.

Your ethereal and luminous glow
paused in that moment
of the approaching sunrise.

The light trickling through
The gloomful veil to smile at you
Just as the glimmering goddess.

Your warm brown eyes,
Held by the crest of your smile,
Glancing back at the light.

You radiate your light over the horizon,
Illuminating the new day,
Just as the sun rises in the east.

Just as the Birth of Venus
