The hangover
The addicting taste of nicotine,
it lingers in your mouth,
it says last night you've been no good,
You've spent the whole night out.
Your stomach has turned up- and down,
Your wallet was left in town.
You can't recall how you got here,
It was the best night of the year!

Telltale signs say you did fight,
you can see it 'round your eye.
You can only pray and wish,
that you didn't break and cry.
Pains and aches are everywhere,
From top to toe, and in your hair,
Last night you had no single care,
it was the best night of the year!

You met many people, made new friends,
Just like it was before.
Who knew that some chemicals,
could open such a door.
Today you choose to lay in bed,
With an everlasting aching head,
But you don't have a single regret
it was the best night ever yet!

Down the well
You've lost your sobriety down the well.
You've been walking funny, I can tell.
Don't invite me I don't want to go,
don't walk slow,
you'll lose your glow.
And one day you will find,
that all of those who've been kind.
They're going to take off, when you lose your mind

You lost all of your ambitions down the well,
with them all your money and friends fell.
No more you know where to stay,
but anyway,
you feel okay.
You just stay there and sit,
You don't even know you've lost your wit.
Because all you're chasing now, is another hit.

You've lost who you are down the well,
what used to be your name doesn't ring a bell.
You don't realize that you have lost it all,
no one gave you a call,
you didn't feel the fall.
Now you're trapped in hell,
living in a shell,
You've thrown away all you've known, down the well.
You can't act as you please,
eyes aren't at ease,
when everyone knows who you are.
Your image is your mold,
you have to do what you're told,
when everyone knows who you are.

So if you are shy,
give it a try,
to go and rewrite your label.
Make hate into love,
praise rain from above,
just hope that you will be able.
Because it's written in ink,
to ensure that you sink,
when you try to swim away far.
The chain has a range,
that you cannot change,
when everyone knows who you are.

Go write a speech,
new heights you can reach,
when nobody knows who you are.
Your label is blank,
you've got no one to thank,
when nobody knows are you are.

So if you were shy,
you can be the guy,
for no one has written your label.
An image of hate,
is yours to create,
if you wish, for right now you're able.
For now you're unknown,
and standing alone,
and you can now travel very far.
For you've got no chain,
you've got a lifetime to gain,
when nobody knows who you are.
You change the colors of my sky,
my eternal canvas high.
When you stand still the weather turns  gray,
I'd give the world to take back the day.
But every time the sun is shining,
in the summer wind, I will be finding,
is that you're in motion and that is why,
you change the colors of my sky.

Friends and nothing more
She's in my presence,
she's in my brain,
she's what crowds my thoughts,
and drives me insane.
Sometimes i wish i held back,
for I've fallen in craze,
when she's gone my world's stallin',
when she's there I just gaze.

It cannot be healthy,
it's what I dismay,
it's the danger of loving,
when no heart is to gain.
for when I fall I fall hard,
but that's not absurd,
and when I do I stay long,
try to make her my bird.

Even when it's a dead end,
even if there's none,
even when my hope's down,
I stick around, which is dumb.
'bout me she's not thinking,
In her mind I'm not there,
I'm somewhere in her storage,
to be brought out as a spare.

Every nice guy recieves a duty,
for every girl he hangs around;
Every nice guy pursues the beauty,
who someone has already found.
It's really a sad matter;
It's not what is meant to be,
Seems like I'm stuck trying,
But one day I'll be free.

Dying Candle
Your eyes have lost the spark
That once lit up my mind
What roared for some time ago
is now a quiet of a kind
It is such a pity
That whatever's gone wrong
your engine's lost its' fuel
your throat's lost its' song

Your lips have lost the smirk
That once drew me much near
I do want to reignite it
For with it I can't compare
But if I had my wish
Would you stop being locked
Open your doors
For hours I've knocked

You and I are a candle
That's about to fade out
Can't we hold on until the morning
Then we can see with no doubt
But give me some fuel
And hold off the breeze
When you and I come crashing
my world it will freeze

Your branches are reclining
And your wall I can't climb
It is steadily rising
You won't give me time
But if this is your wish
It's time for my going
To find another lightsource
With a shine that's more glowing

A walk in August
Give me one last chance
To give this world a glance
To memorize this eve
Tell me, my friend
Should this really end?
Why should I believe?

That the trees are green
that I have been
'til this hour oblivious
That I have not seen

August has come
Fall's already begun
Already on leaves I am walking
They rain will soon fall
Don't know how long the skies will stall
And to myself I am talking

Because I won't explain
I will look insane
To people passing my way
They won't think I'm okay

I'm feeling sick
No more flowers to pick
They might have already been pluck
I can't win the gaze
Or people amaze
For with no flowers I am stuck

The path I stride
Or with a bike I ride
Is lacking my treasure
Should I walk the other side?

Words
Words can be used to elevate
Words can be used to sink
Words can be used to stir up hate
When spoken or in ink

When stapled up correctly
Words can make a friend
Words can make an enemy
But that we won't pretend
When you wish, words can conquer
But they also can make peace
Words will alter the stories
You'll tell your nephef and your niece

Words can be used to flatter
Words can make a smile
Words can draw your future
Could keep your life in style

If you want to be bigger
It's easiest to use words
But one day you'll be deflated
You'll never fly with the birds
But if you speak correctly
You will be bigger now
But you have to meet your stories
The day when people ask you how

But it's all about the person
who's capable to speak
To use it to make miracles
Or to make people weak
The weapon that every man holds

Last day of school
The summer begins at seven
As the last song is sung
Last time we'll be together
before the future has begun
We laughed we cried we screamed we yelled
as a class we fought, as a class we fell

The teachers they are smiling
and the pupils they are, too
We will not miss each other
For we're not meant to do
They yelled, they screamed, just as we spoke
We laughed at them, just like a joke

But I am feeling empty
For no more I will glance
At that special someone
I will no more have the chance
I'll feel empty daily, for I know that I will miss
I'll miss the chance to see her, it was such a bliss

For some the future is an ocean
And it's now we drift alone
Guiding our on flagships
To split, yes we are prone
But will it ever happen, that we reunite again
Who would say they'd missed me, for I will not miss them
I found it fitting to add this poem now as the summer is almost over.

Every moment I think of you
I want to paint the world with my feelings for you,
I'll make the wind whisper your name.
I'll tear down the world if it keeps you in gloom,
For no-one else I'd do the same

I'd cater you the universe,
just to wipe your frown.
For when you smile you are so beautiful,
that with you I'm never down.

When I look to the horizon in the evening,
I wonder if you're looking too.
For then you know what I see,
Every moment that I think of you.

Stars
Millions of suns in the night,
make me feel so small.
The lead our way through the night,
as we answer to our call-
I can sit and stare forever,
at all these million dots.
Millions of stories that end never,
with tons of exotic spots.

The sun of my life
The sight of you,
will always do,
your smile it fills my soul,
it takes away,
the grayest day,
it fills every void and hole.
I don't know why I'm frightened,
The days you end up gone.
I'm the only one to notice,
When my sun ain't there at dawn.

From secrets heard,
told from a bird,
I feel that I am losing.
I'll grip the streams,
and angry screams,
for you I'll take a bruisin'.
I thought that I could have you,
Keeps me here alive.
That there's no one here but us two,
Keeps my forward drive.

The thought of you,
is always nice,
In my mind I do percieve:
A person who,
is just so great,
that no one would believe.
It seems like I am shaking,
Not sure if I want to know.
If you are what I ache for,
Or if it was an illusion,
The fakest kind of glow.

Moa's poem
I've been stumbling for years
Without finding the part
the part that ignites my machine
I've been searchin' for something
that puts my engine in start
So I won't have to use gasoline

Is it something or someone
that has gentle hands
who will shift all my gears into go
'Til then I'll be lonesome
I have no strong bands
With people who tell me to do so

The streets I just walk
without intention or care
looking for stuff that is shining
Indifferent I look
As people badly fare
Looking for someone who's binding

But what can I tell you
I'm still laying in bed
Knowing that the day when I find it
That I cannot help it
When it sees only red
That I just can't rewind it

Waiting for what?
Why are you living,
in this empty house,
filled with only pictures,
with no man and not a mouse.
What you hold dear,
left long ago,
is it your former friends,
you are waiting for?

What is it you dread?
Is it the light?
Will it be red,
or will it be bright?
Take the ride,
it will be rough,
don't dare to hide,
just say "Enough!"

With no one around,
you are now freed!
No more you're bound,
but alone indeed.
Go now out and climb the trees,
that you out of fear ignore.
When what's left is only memories,
it's time to make some more.
