Perhaps a damp sponge
Will wipe night terrors-

Expunge trace of Moon
To slip beneath Sun

Erasing memory, making
Flat a sorry curvature

Of this rough-edged,
Rotating ball.

Trading a violence of
Sapiens

For the calm of
Shimmering Dawn

that blows in the air, tossing the leaves of trees,
touching petals of flowers, dancing with fawns,
that shines in the sun touches with rays,
spreading many colors, making the whole colorful,
that flows in every nerve, makes it beat,
balance every planet in the sky,
flows in mothers to look after kids,
make all creatures stick to the rules.

the sun has a destination and
to fulfill a dream and a promise
day and night keep burning for
making lives vibrant and colorful.
no remuneration, no reward, no
prayer, but a promise to keep balance
of the color of lives vibrant,  
but human beings keep amassing
for a luxurious life, take lives for
the accomplishment of cunning ends
they have no destination other than,  
they cut trees for personal ends,
they are depleting the earth slowly
for selfish ends, they sing-song of
their own glory, they tell their own
story, they held them high, gods nearby,
they held duties to keep their
deities happy,

come there,
if time have ever,
behind the mud house,
a tear of my eyes dropped  where,
come there,
for sake of love,
that separated there,
from your eyes,
drop a tear there,
so as you tear,
mingle in my tear,
unite may be,
separated love

When anger and hatred
flow through your veins,
let love reign.
On gentle Spring nights when
memories haunt you like
the lost dead,
let love reign.
When stress and confusion
overwhelm you and the
future seems as
uncertain as a roll
of the dice,
let love reign.

When you think God is
a grand prankster and
it feels like an
eternal winter in
your heart,
let love reign.
When the pictures remind
you of times long gone,
and the mirror is
a hard place to live,
let love reign.

If you get lost,
like I do in a
poem or a song,
let love reign.
In my dreams, I will
see you, and kiss you,
and hold you forever,
and there will be no
good-byes
only good mornings,
if we let love reign.
