People change just like seasons
Once familiar face now turned stranger
Unrecognisable
But why the sudden character change

Broken glasses on the floor
Arguments never leave our room
Passionate we were
Now all I see is broken souls
With trust gone, secluded we've become
How I wish the amazing days would come back to life

But it's us to heal our sores
So the least I could ask is stay & help me fight once more

Ash could turn back to paper,metal be liquidated
thorn be molded to something smooth as one paves their way out of the hole of wishes that never come true with urge to love and be loved there won't be a river from the eyes but joy with smiles.

Why else would a rose be beautiful if you didn't say so
Why else would i crave flavours if you hadn't become my favourite

As the wind blows & waves rise higher than our boat, I'm terrified & can't see a way out
I can only think of how perfect life has been before I came aboard
My mind's filled with thoughts of how this deep ocean will swallow me whole

Trapped inside my own body
I can only imagine how to be a ghost & peep through the windows of the righteous
Learn how they live to find direction

Reality strikes when the eyes unfold to see what lies ahead of the sockets that hold them
