Lunch
I’m being bad,
This is what I’ve had,
A crispy crunchy delicious croissant soft and fresh inside,
A delicious treat for the mouth and eyes, I don’t despise !
That’s no surprise ,
Why not
I’m a foodie
Just been eating Baklava
Oh how exquisite a sheer delight to the taste buds
Tastes good,
I’ve got orange smarties
Hey ** my hearties!
They won’t survive for much longer!
Don’t care
Don’t have to be stronger!
No self control
I just relax and let them go!!!!!

Well it’s been a nice quiet covid Christmas
My man and me Moose and Sam
But alas
The cooker broke
Yes no joke
So good that we had a worktop spare!
So I managed to cook the Turkey there!
So it’s been a Christmas time
With lovely food,
And drink, not like the usual I think,
Cream liqueur
I just adore
That much Turkey lurkey,
Makes me feel so perky
I’m beginning to look like one!
Turkey dinner was nice
Turkey sandwiches were good
Turkey curry is next
And with all that I’m quite perplexed!

We are all run by electricity
And electricity never dies
The neurones fire away
And we see another day
So when we die
Our electricity lives on
Could it be we fly
To that place up in the sky?

It’s time to go to bed
It’s time to sleep
And rest my weary head
A sleep so deep

And dream about
Things the day
Has Left out
like games we play

So sleep now
So deep now
Good night
Turn off the light!

And sleep!

We had a robin visit us this morning
His breast was so red
He had a pretty little head
He was eating the seeds
I put out for all bird breeds
It’s lovely to see
The birds flying free
Enjoying the food
We put out for their brood
And they sing their thank yous
With their colours and hues
Sat in the trees
Easy to please!

Strong Winds forecast for tomorrow
Like a hard strong gust waiting to bust
Tie down your latches
or doors and your thatches
Lay low,
stay in don’t go
Out in the blustery wind
Make sure everything is pinned
Because the wind is a demon
Waiting to beam on
Everything in its way
It’s tomorrow they say
It’s angry it’s nasty
How long will it last y
We just don’t know
It’s not a friend, it’s a foe!
The damages it does
Is what bothers us
The danger
What’s stranger
Is we just don’t know
Where it will go
Up down across or all over
From Scotland to Dover
Fast as it comes
It goes
Leaving destruction behind
It’s just simply unkind and entwined
Blowing us all away front back sides and behind!

Well what a gorgeous sky this morning
It looks like the reflection of a field of beautiful tulips
It’s streaky red above my head
And down below
The pavement has a little glow
It’s is a little damp
From the morning due
Little tiny drops of water on each little blade of grass
But alas
The air is cool but fresh
There’s No one about but a few cars passing by
Peace perfect peace
It’s Sunday morning as the night draws nigh!
What a wonderful red sky!

Done my shopping this fine morning
But in my shopping there is a warning!
Chocolate!
Not chocolate no!
Was it me?
They fell into my basket
I’m afraid so
There you go!
Dark chocolate with raspberries
One with mint
One with orange
A Toblerone yes on it’s own
Cadbury milk as well
This is swell!
All in the fridge Nice and cool
For a chocolate binge
I may just drewel !
Naughty girl!
I’m bad!

So we ought

Grabbing while it’s there
Use it
Peruse it
Try a little more
Open up the  door
There’s more behind
Be kind
Unwind
Love a little
Achieve
Believe
In yourself
Look after your health
Improve your wealth
Life’s too short!

All trees are beautiful!
But those bearing fruit are beautiful, fruitful and dutiful!
But I love a tree that flowers like the cherry blossom tree,
I can sit and watch for hours all those pretty pink flowers
Hanging down and eventually dropping to the ground
without a single sound!
Trees are quiet, they see, and don't speak,
but their profound beauty says it all
They stand there masterful and some are so tall !
Looking down upon us all!
