As the day turns to night
I fall asleep
I dream of things
Like angels with wings
Of innocent beauty
Doing their tireless duty
Our Guardian  Angels
Keeping us safe
I do believe
I do have faith
It’s A Guardian  Angels duty
Along with their beauty
caring for us Whenever they can!

At nineteen I remember my dad saying to me as I got out of the wedding car,
You’re too young you really are,
Don’t do this!
But I thought it had gone too far!
At the alter I laughed
No one knew why
Except me
I just wanted to run, to flee
I should have done
But the church was full
And I couldn’t do it
The embarrassment threw it!
So I married him!
A big mistake
But I got two wonderful children and grand daughters out of the deal or ordeal
As I believe and really feel!

There’s no need for fighting and killing
And all this blood spilling
With an advanced world
Of technical advances and natures
There’s compromise
There’s consideration
There’s respect
There’s love
There’s peace
Or the world will just decease!

She gave a image of what it was like
In the troubled world of war
Sadly Her family were still there
Such sadness and despair
Her sadness she did share
So we gave her all our love
As we listened to her prayer
And hugged her both in turn
And told her we would share
As we offered her our prayer!

Dreams
Beautiful dreams
While I sleep
In a beautiful sleep

The beauty of her unconditioned love
she came from God above
She curles up on my knee
so snug and gently
she wont leave my side
I can not hide
my love for her is deep
she's now so sound asleep
like a baby lamb
like a mother and a child
so cuddly and cute
to stroke her soft white fur coat
feels beautiful to me
as she gently licks my hand
an ultimate pleasure you understand
A dog is for life
She is my life

In an anxious world
Stop and Try take a deep breath
as you count to ten
Block those anxious thoughts from your mind
Say the words calm, relax, and peace
Take time out and rest
Go somewhere quiet and somewhere safe
Get comfortable in a place
Take slow deep breathes and calm
Close your eyes and rest your arms
Look inside your eyes and see colours or just black velvety
This anxiety you will crack
Just don’t worry you’ll come back
Relax and rest it’s not a test
Take your imagination to a nice safe place
A beautiful beach with soft white sand and the sun shining through with a gentle breeze or a gorgeous garden where it’s always warm and sunny where you can smell the roses and the beautiful flowers where you can sit on a bench and relax for hours
Or a forest full of beautiful trees and the sunlight shining through
Whatever you want
You just do!
Visualise and take time to enjoy
Make this your safe place
When there’s trouble
You have to face
Do it with grace !
Get yourself to your safe place!
Close your eyes
Hypnotise!

The snow has come
Just when I needed it
Beautiful, white, thick snow on snow
Staying home you know !

is so beautiful

Large pretty snowflakes
They’re the best!
Day and at night
It looks a delight!

After a very hot day
lightening started flashing
Thunder started crashing
The rain came hammering down
The air started to cool
The plants and trees
Are all at ease
The rain is bouncing of the rooves
running down the little grooves
The lightening lights up the room
As the thunder crashes with a great big boom
And the thunder shouts as the clouds just
Crash into each other as the wind now gusts
Thrusting the trees
And washing the leaves
But oh what a lovely storm!

All about me

It’s all about me
I used to live by the sea
But I miss it now you see

I miss the sound of the waves
Crashing against the rocks
I miss the kiss of the sunshine
Shining down on me

I miss the sand between my toes and a paddle in the sea
I miss the peace and quiet
And all that it could be

I miss the little stream
Trickling over the pebbles and rocks
I miss the sound of seagulls
Even in their flocks

I miss the wind blowing through my hair
Whilst walking on the beach
I miss the white horses but they are out of reach!

Is is quiet before the storm
Silent and calm
Because lately
Things are not quite stately
Stress yes stress and more stress
What a mess
I guess
Everything happens at once
It’s all nonse
No sense !

The bamboo tree is waving at me
The wind is getting worse
It’s swinging side to side
As if it has a curse
And then it stops quite still
The rain comes down at will
And now he’s getting wet
The wind comes back with force
He swings around of course
His branches shudder and shake
I hope that wind will break

Waiting
Waiting for that call
That you don’t really want

When it’s someone you believe in

When a friend has been controlled
Bashed and beaten for years
Behind closed doors
No one was aware least me
They were a nice person outside

What an amazing thing
The Occular that technology should bring!
I whiled away my long lazy day
Watching the Occular
I started with National Geographic and looked at other things like dinosaurs!
How amazing, how surreal how real, how beautiful to see such awesome films so close yet far away. The beautiful animals were just amazing!
The Occular takes you away
Like dreams so vivid
Nice to spend your day!

I hear an owl out there
It’s hooting loud and clear

And my photography is crap !

it isn't half blowing a gale just now
but at least there's a blue sky
and fluffy white clouds

The sun came out yesterday
What a splendid day,

The flowers and plants were at their best

And showed off all their beauty
Especially the viola it is such a cutie
Draping over its hanging basket
I wouldn't bust a gasket
It started off so straggly
Even quite raggedly
Now its bloomed beautifully
And I care for it dutifully!

But what a splendid day
The sun makes everything look so bright
It takes away the grey
Until the dark of night!
