They lived in the shadows of others
Not ever feeling the sunlight hit their thoughts
Or feel the streets lead them to new intersections
A caves chains long broken, underground fire snuffed out
Ignorance of man a common allegory
They live in the shadows of others
Unknowing that their inability
To know that the shadows are false
Would be all of humanities downfall
the effect of education and the lack of it on our nature
while one is waiting,
another is walking,
when another reaches,
one looks up to another,
yet continue waiting

— The End —
