someone tried to
break in to our house
last night.
the lock inside
wasn't working,
so I braced a two by four
under the **** of the door.
that probably saved our lives.
I don't know what made
me think to do that.
maybe God does...
The thought of what could have
happened gives me chills.
Home invasion is on the rise
in my city, and indeed all over
