A Letter You Won't Find
If only time would be kind enough,
and show its mercy upon my helplessness,
I will crawl back into the sight
of your presence once again.

Before the season change,
and the music stops,
and the sound of your familiar voice
starts to fade into echoes.

Before your name turns,
into a memory,
I can no longer recall…

I love you.

Take A Breath
I know you have fought hundreds of battle
I can see the bruises
Don't cover them love
Let them heal

You are the reason why poems are being written so delicately;
the epitome of a fierce warrior.
Your perseverance is what I adore the most.

Fitting In
And this got me thinking,
Has anyone ever been in this position?
How can they endure such thing?
This feeling of disconnection,
This sense of wanting to belong somewhere else?

Caged Bird
As I stand on the ground with cold feet,
darkness has come to me once again.
Everyday, I am waiting for the moment of salvation,
waiting for someone to break the chains
that have been keeping me ever since.
I’m waiting for a long and warm embrace,
from someone I can always come home to.
