Her lover's gone
his souls departed
her devastation fills the air.

Lost in an abyss of time
forsaking all
she walks alone
raking thoughts In her head.

Their souls where entwined
to be forever enbind,
now dreams are shattered
fragments scattered
she gazes in despair.

Unfamiliar scenes close all around her,
crestfallen
her soul goes dormant,
the pains two deep
cuts into each heartbeat.

As day light starts to fade
she suspends herself
in the night air

longing to go to the other land,
ready to take her lovers hand.

She doesn't care to breathe
nor does she weep
as she slips into her
forever
sleep.

You said to believe don't have any regrets
follow your dreams not others steps.

The lines on your face read a life that's written there,
You was happy and totally in love,
living your life as one should.

An inspirational talented soul you never grow bored.

You was happy complete,
wise not old,
you lived your dream an did as you should.

Near the end now still a smiling face,
a few last spoken words.

"Every story must come to an end,
now don't you weep when I go to sleep for Its my time,
you keep going"

"live Your Dream"

(SW) .
Sit back. Relax. Take a breath. Take a minute. Take a hit. Take a drink. Take a sting. Take a shot. Take a line. Take a day. Take a time. Take a mental Picture. Take a pill. Take something you've always wanted. Sit back and chill..

Sit back, watch the ashes, their crumbling down.
Keep your head in the sky. Keep your feet on the ground.
Keep your buzz going. Don't ever come down.
Keep your face smiling and don't ever frown.
Keep the toxins flowing. Keep your head held high.
Keep your thoughts clear. Stop wondering why.
Keep your hopes up. Drink that whiskey and rye.
Keep moving yourself forward. Live life 'til you die.

Sit back, watch the ashes. They fall to the ground.
Take a listen to the birds, its a beautiful sound.
Take a minute, sit back, watch the world go around.
Take a look at the sky, so vast and profound.
Take a drag of your cigarette, and let yourself go.
Take notice of your freedom, and let the wind blow.
Take off your winter coat, go with the flow.
Take off your mask, let your true colors show.

Sit back, watch the ashes as they land on the earth.
Feel the rediscovery, and feel the rebirth.
Feel the wind on your fingertips, for what it is worth.
Feel the world, what it is, it's incredible girth.
Feel yourself drift away, feel the grass on your toes.
Feel the sun on your face, feel the wind as it blows.
Feel the love in this world, as it blooms, as it grows.
Feel the light on your soul, see the beauty it shows.

Sit back, watch the ashes, their coming, their due
Realize, though, that it's beautiful too.
Redo all of the things, that you love to do.
Remember there's people that truly love you.
Replay all of the memories that make you smile.
Revisit your best friends, and chill for a while.
Resign from your deviance, cunning, and guile.
Relax in recumbence, sit back, reconcile.

The ashes will soon, cover all of this land.
Theres nothing to stop it, no curing command.
Theres someone who loves you, so go hold their hand.
Theres a shortage of love in this world of demand.
Theres only one thought that comes into my mind.
Theres nothing new out there, theres nothing to find.
Theres everything I need, right here, am I blind?
Theres people who love me, people of my kind.

So the world can go ahead and crash down around me, I'll just look Away. I'll just take a look at the things I love.  I'll just take notice of the beautiful Day.
I'll just take another shot, I'll just sit in the beautiful green Grass. I'll just look up at the sky and let the ending pass.
I'll just be sitting with the people I love, and we'll be letting our true colors Show. We'll be feeling the grass on our toes, and letting the beautiful wind Blow.
Get ready to watch the rest of the world fall to pieces. To watch the ashes fall. Prepare for the Show.  But Don't worry...Just Sit back, relax, and let the last of that beautiful wind Blow.

____

Fall with me. Drop with me. Drop like the rain descending from the pregnant clouds overhead.  Fall like an avalanche, free and uncontrollable. Fall like the waterfall, endlessly powerful.  Fall with the world, but not in disgrace, we're falling like leaves into a beautiful place.  We're falling into eternity… discomforting but true. So enjoy the descent, it's the least you could do, for out of this fall comes a beautiful view...

Fall with the leaves. Fall peaceful and slow
Forget everything that you don't need to know
Form truces with enemies, befriend every foe
For now is the time to let everything go
Forbidden are thoughts of a peaceful demise
Forsaken, the image of peace in disguise
Forgive all the subtle and meaningless lies
Forego a renewal, re-open you're eyes

Fall with the Rain drops, now finally freed
This is the beginning of the end indeed
This peaceful decline may be just what we need
This fall from our old withered branches of greed
This pressure discharged… our old ways replaced
This wind now uplifting, this beauty embraced
This Government Tangle, this Empire, erased
This Is the End of the struggles we've faced

Fall with the Waterfall, Establish your voice
Pro-life… Pro-love… Pro-strength… Pro-choice
Protest your opinions, don't let them devoice
Progress now possible, so revel, rejoice
Provide the necessities, laughter and love
Produce something new, something unheard of
Proclaim your new freedom, and wake with the dove
Promise to fall with the rain from above.

Fall with the Avalanche, plush and severe
Don't let the ending take hold of your fear
Don't forget, there's people that still love you here
Don't let these people, your friends, disappear
Don't be afraid now…  The grass is still green
Don't take your eyes off the beautiful scene
Don't let your colors be shaded unclean
Don't let the distance grow vast in between

Fall with the ashes that cover this earth
Be Born Once Again, re-discover rebirth
Believe in true beauty, for what it is worth
Beware of this world, its incredible girth
Below you are roots from which you can grow
Beyond the Horizon is the end as we know
Belong To A Bigger Picture, go with the flow
Become something less…  Sit back… Watch the show.

Fall with the ashes, but not in disgrace. Finally we can escape from this place. The government gone, the Empires erased.  We can Fall with the raindrops, with beauty embraced.
Take off your masks, let your true colors Show. Let the sun shine bright, let the moonlight glow.  Revisit your best friends, Let yourselves go.
and let the very last of that beautiful wind blow…
Your name is the loveliest word
I've ever said. In my life
I've never known someone like you.
Your aura is a quilt
that I could spend all day in
if you'd let me.
I think the chances of me meeting
another you are absurd
and I find the whole idea
to be terrifying.
I could make so much room
for you in my heart.
Even that light that crept through the window
And swept you from my subconscious

That bitter light that pulled you out of my bed
Disrupting my harmonious dreams

Even that dreadful light that crept through the window
Stealing you
Robbing me of your gentle touch

Even that light
Was not enough
To make my morning less enchanting

Alone in my bed
With just your lovely composition
Laying anxiously under my pillow

All that I desire is you, my beloved.
Fear

They say that fear's a bad thing
But I know some fear is good
It makes you change the way you think
From the way you usually would

It can make you run from danger
Or stop you in your tracks
Allow you to protect yourself
From what you know is bad

The fear that you will hurt someone
Is what makes you bite your toung
Knowing you can't take back the words
Once the damage has been done

You can fear the future or the past
And not allow your life to change
Or face your fear and understand
You choose the path you take

So the next time that you're feeling fear
Know it could be something good
Fear can be the best part of life
Once its understood
FEAR

Carl Joseph  Roberts
maybe it's okay. i think sorrow suits me -
i sabotage happiness.
pour gasoline all over it and
kick at it and
provoke it.
i can't sit still with happiness like i can with sorrow.
it doesn't make me write or think. happiness doesn't fit my heart quite right. it never has.
i can be alone, you know.
i can be alone and i can be sad and i can take my pain in large and crippling doses
and i can sit still and let it all catch me and wash over me and rip me apart
and i can let the stitches come undone
and i can let it seep into my heart and make me feel the blackest things you can imagine.
i have that capacity.
i'm that type of person.
and in the end i can let it right back out again -
it's like breathing in that way. i've learned to manage my pain, after all these years of having it.
it's not new to me - just yours is fresher
and maybe worse than what i've had before,
but it's not a novelty.
it comes
and it goes
tide in
tide out
crippling
then fine
then crippling,
and i will sit and i will let it take me and i will feel what i'm feeling and i will think what i think and i will live with it like i've always lived with it, and i will not hurry to heal, and i will not force any sort of happiness, because people need sorrow like they need oxygen. it is something real and necessary and raw. i can feel it and still survive. i can let it in and let it back out again, and i will be fine. and i don't need you to know that. and i don't need to tell you. and i don't need anyone to worry. because this is part of what i do, and how i am, and i can control my dosage, and i can control my suffering.
it suits me.
it does.
Read my words
Like you play
The piano,
Like the blind
Read braille,
Feeling every
Tiny bump,
Drawing
The big picture
From an uneven
Surface,
Smoothly conveying
All the thoughts
Hidden in it's flat
Dimensions,
Unfolding bigger
Than a pop-up book
Before your eyes,
Read my words
Like children
Play in the depths
Of their sandbox,
How they taste
The dirt and fling
It at one another
Joyous smirks
Upon their faces,
Living every second
Unaware and uncaring
Not yet shackled
By the wrist of time,
Read my words
And remember them
Like stones in the river
Though they too fade
Under the rush of the water...

Just an octave
Lower than my pain,
Just a decibel
Over my joy,
She sings
My dreams,
Burnt songs
And broken records
Never played,
She reverberates
My heart
Upon her lips
One strum
Past laughter
One twang
Before tears,
On her vocal chords
I ride
The memory lane
Her voice
The wind
Past my ears,
Making my years
Feel long and short
As if all has been
A futile trip,
But I know
What she
Utters sweetly
In her chorus
Is but a reprise
Of my life,
And unlike
The fading of her song
I'm not over
Yet...

"How long are you willing to run?", I whispered.

I opened my eyes and I was in a golden hall with polished edges and echoes repeating a language I could never understand.
There was a tearing at my heart and I knew men with with cruel intentions were on the prowl for me even though I could not see them.
I took off running and crashed through the windows, shattering the glass and giving the echoes something to listen to that wasn't a dead whisper. Maybe they can hear the trees now.

I kept running, leaping over anything that came in my path. I ran up walls and slid down buildings. I felt stronger and faster than those who chased me. When I jumped, the sky seemed closer than the ground.

I suddenly noticed a woman following me. She kept a steady pace, running and leaping with me.
I had a distinct feeling that she meant no harm because I felt something new. Her smell lingered around me.
I ran onto the freeway, bouncing from car to car, running from the invisible men and keeping one eye on the woman.

Time stopped and I was flying through the air.

The sound of engines died away and I turned around to see the woman. She was beautiful. The look on her face was that of determination and intrigue. I pulled her close brought my face to hers. We stared at each other for what seemed like years and though our lips never touched, our eyes spoke of fire and patience. I saw what made the sun glow against the universe in those eyes.

Time began to come undone once more and I had to let her go to keep running against men with blood in their eyes.
But still she chased on and I knew she would be right behind me all the way to the end.

I know she will be...

"As long as it takes...", she softly said.*
