the buzzing in your limbs when you lie on them for too long

is the buzzing in my head

the static in my mind that makes

the world

in deadly motion;

as rivers run from my eyes

tear-soaked tissues clenched in my smothering grasp

inwards

while the world spins around me

threatening to spin me into infinite inexistence by breaking me

into an infinite number of slivered

for i am too smothered by the world

and it is not the first time today

i couldn't breathe.
