Some where down the crazy river
we meet, heads down, not looking
but a greater passion than we knew
was rounding around the bend ...

As we look around to view our surroundings
we heard a tone in our ears, love for most bearing down
in our hearts ... not just written in the sand
was our life, hearts and souls ...

With a nod of his head, he smiles
reassures me of what is to come,
a love worth waiting for,
as the sun begins to shine ...

Each time he smiles, the hopes and promises
that will come for better or worse
richer or poorer, will be a joy to be
on his arm, as his woman, as a beautiful dream ...
