Life Has Forgotten
Sitting alone in the dark,
I wonder what has happened to life
has it forgotten, or got lost with time ...
Life of pain rolls down my cheek
rolling around my eyes
but that's alright, everyone says
that's just life ...
Orange and pink fall from the sky
and I wonder why?
What could it all mean
when life could have had me?
'It tears you down
spits you out, and then
you fall by the wayside',
this is loneliness to me
with regret rolled in ...
'Failure is not an option
you have heard this said'
maybe just being thrown away
would be better, even if life
has forgotten me ...
