Aug 2014
there was a deep snow in the spring
we kept eachother warm in the night
and built snowmen in mornings light
lost in your eyes
wandered the joys of you
that laugh
and that kiss
i could see all my tomorrows with you
see it all clear as day
but then....
but then....
now i wander the ghosts of our yesterdays
stand in the summer night wishing for rain
all these yesterdays slipping through my fingers
all these beautiful glorious moments of you
spinning round in my heart
a hurricane of beautiful dreams like touching you
a thousand tastes of paradise in your lips
all these things and so much more in the
promise of your arms
but then...
but then...
