Why are you looking at me,
With such despair in your eyes,
I’m not the one you despise,
That’s not what I want to be,

You speak of the day you would flee,
That would be like killing me in the first degree,
Am I not enough anymore,
If so that doesn’t mean you should walk out that door,

But if you leave,
I won’t cry,
It’s what I want to believe,
Please don’t ask why,

If you go,
I hope you know,
It won’t be easy,
For me to not go crazy,

But if you stay,
I’ll make it worth every day,
I won’t ever complain,
I’ll try to stay sane,

If you’re by my side,
We’ll live one heck of a ride,
I’ll try to make you glad,
And we’ll always live the most fun we’ve had,

My words don’t seem to have an impact,
That’s okay,
It’s always been a well-known fact,
I’m just going to have to look away,

Oh no please don’t go,
Don’t leave me,
Don’t do,
Like everyone,

Else.
