May 2014
Just when the sun illuminates upon the sapphire skies,
And the clouds appear like glamorous pearls,
In their own distinctive shapes,
With gentle movements, in puffs of florals.

I slowly walked beside a stream of water,
In least resistance,
And felt nostalgia take control of me,
Guiding me safely from a distance,

As I looked above, in amaze,
I felt your presence, as if you were near,
Suddenly everything became still,
As if you were watching over me, bringing tears.

And you touched my inner soul,
With a little prayer, in a soft whisper,
But even today, it's difficult to understand,
How I lost you, upon that dreadful day in winter.
