A Thousand Times
I’ve been here a thousand times
All of which I seen you cry
I’ll ask you what is wrong
But you’ll just sit there on the floor
I would have committed a thousand crimes
Just to see you get up and try
You’ll try to tell me that I’m wrong
But here you are asking me for more
So, I’ll waste a thousand dimes
And never question you why
And I’ll hope you’re not gone long
As I watch you walk out the door
I’ve been here a thousand times
All of which I seen you cry
I ask what is wrong
But you’ll just sit there on the floor
