Fear can be quite loud
Indecently proud
But when the smoke clears from rage
There stands a fool
The loser of cool
Vibrating low upon the stage

A rabid dog cannot be tamed
So I meditate as a way to train
My self-control build really slow
I hold my tongue until it flows

Cortisol levels are my default
When I punched myself square in the jaw
Whistling *** of steaming fumes
Let me alone or you'll be doomed!

Don't get me wrong
I don't like to lose my place
This disconnection from the human race
I strive to change, to love us all
But I'm easily enraged by all life's flaws!
