When I'm gone before you,
Forget all the bad times we've had,
Remember only the best moments,
And smile that all of them happened.

When I'm gone before you,
Forget all the struggles I've had in life,
Remember only my victories and achievements,
And smile that my struggle has ended eternally.

When I'm gone before you,
Forget and forgive all the wrongs I've done to you,
Remember only the goodness in me, if any,
And smile that we got to know each other.

When I'm gone before you,
Forget the worry about my loss,
Remember to realise that I'm no more in pain,
And smile that I'm content wherever I am.
