i don't understand loss the way you do
for my loss is not the same
Death once had visited me
but i couldn't recall his name
was it Grimm
was it Jack, Hades, or Fate
no matter i left in shame
as i lay there still in dying escape
taking in all but blame

with blue lips fresh out of breath
bring me to life they tried
my gratitude, reportedly missing
fear was stuck in my eyes
today i write you these solemnly words
only to; whom it may concern
for death has showed me pity i think
only if i stay willing to learn
