Trees just give you oxygen
Rain is just something that gets you wet
Grass is just something you walk on
Snow is just something cold and nasty
A road trip is just a long, cramped drive
A car wreck is a tragic accident
But to me
Trees are a form of life. They are alive but still lose their leaves. And they grow them back more beautiful then ever.
Rain is a motivation. Falling asleep to it hitting your roof. Understanding your pain on the days it’s there. Washing away everything to begin a new day.
Grass is an inspiration. It gets stepped on, covered with lawn furniture and snow. It gets cut. Yet, it stays green. Never gives up.
Snow is a dream. It makes everything sparkle. Gives joy. And for such a cold thing, it opens many warm hearts.
A road trip may be long and cramped but, it’s a time to clear my head. To experience a different nature. To drive down a familiar or unfamiliar road with my loved ones, I’m down for it any day.
A car wreck is a day to pray. If we are praying for the fast healing of the wounded or if we are praying for the death of someone. Someone’s life was taken into the hands of this motor vehicle and was completely wrecked. It’s not an accident but it’s life.
