Nerves
Who ever knew
That happiness could
Wear someone out
As much as it does.
My emotions
Have grown drowsy,
And my headβs
A bit too feathery.
Sometimes I have to regroup and re-ground myself. Poetry is one way to do that. Itβs weird to feel emotions hardly ever felt before.
