She floats by me
In her high vis
A fire marshal glow

Admire in silence
Time to try this
To know her on her own

We are the music
My heart, is skewered.
A raspberry marshmallow

Her lifes a picture
And though I'm with her
A part of me's alone

I just can't take the burning

No I haven't earned it

How can she be this perfect?

Can't face this blazing furnace

Why can't she see I'm worthless?

Flee from the light
Seek empty night
Keep the searing far away

Bear the weight and
Wear her sacred
Swear to worship all the pain

Write a bad verse
Don't send those sad words!
Just let her know when you're okay

A burning ember
I remember!
See how bright the sparks will glow

You can't put me out fire marshal no

I can burn all on my own
She made me marshmallows.
