Mar 2020
smooth grey stones
bounce across the stream
as if begging for one last glimpse
of the rainbow-toned sunset

as they skip across
the fast current surface
before sinking into a watery grave
as i throw them to their death
jesus louise-us why is it always so dark?

i can't even write about throwing rocks without something dying

journal entry 3/28/2020 i haven't been to work in so long i can't remember what day it is. saturday. it is saturday today. saturn's day.
