Waiting for a call
I know will never happen
You're gone once more, it
Leaves me feeling like I'm ashen
Blame passed around
So much anger attached
I stopped the contact so
Why do I feel attacked?
Loneliness and sorrow
In the pit of my stomach
The hurt I must've done to you,
Leaves me feeling like a schmuck
If I could reach out to you
I'm not sure what I'd say
The best I can do for us
Is continue to turn away
