Nov 2019
After all these years
After all this time
I've reached the last chapter of my story
And I'm ready to face Hell's Jury
As I watch the sun go down
I know that my time is near
That time is of the essence
But I am calm and without fear
As I feel Death's presence
This life has given me
The great burden of wisdom
A burden that I'm ready
To trade for eternal freedom
A lust to know the unknown, I find,
Inside of me, it cannot be punctured
And after all to the well organised mind,
Death is but the next great adventure
