that fool the brain.

Billboards brainwash
and big newspaper ads
pull one thinking
they have free will.

Prizes and playgrounds
entice kids
who in turn urge parents
to go out.

Turn off the TV,
the ads that play in mind.
Turn on the truth
in heart
and respect your body.

Try eating at home
and take kids to dollar store.
They will enjoy it more
and have nourishment.

And do stay away from soda
not natural,
it’s a corrosive.
