Glamour that can’t be lost
Unless the world meets its end.
Painted in emotional sky;
Eyes stolen by its beauty.
With surging greed, I pursued to attain it.
To hold in my arms.
To restrain its freedom for the fluttering
Of my heart.
With spirited pair of wings,
Those that were only of my dreams
Became the reality before my eyes.
Each beat of the fair artifact drew me ever so closer to
The goddess of sky clothed in white robe.
The gorgeous array of light emitted through her
Kindled the lustful devil incarcerated in depth.
But her beauty is lost
As my sinful hands closed onto
What now became formless.
Before I could question its disappearance I’m thrown off from the edge of mere nothingness
Plummeting back into my perception
Of the reality between us.
