The Devil and his Demons, were having a party one night; They were smoking cheap cigars, and drinking lots of wine. ~ In festive celebration, of the death of Jesus Christ; Satan leaned his head back, laughing with delight. ~ He said to all his Demons, "We will ne'er worry again; He'll no longer buffet us, or remind us of our sins. ~ Evil we'll continue, he can't stand in our way; He is gone forever, oh what a blessed day. ~ Yet little did they know, that Christ would soon return; In all His splendid glory, for the entire world. ~ Satan trembled at this truth, he thought he'd won for sure; The party was then over, a lesson was then learned. ~ Do not mess with God, you'll never, ever win; For He is truly powerful, forgiving men their sins.
