As I lay
And think of you
long for your touch
sting from the rejection
I must remember you have
no obligation to me
To force a relationship
would be to ask you to surrender
your own happiness
and I must think
how many times have I turned
back the advances of those who wanted me
because I had to do what's right for me
To expect you to do different
Isn't just wrong
It's hypocrisy
