a sudden whirlwind of emotions,
like a chain has been cut to swing,
my sadness and fear and anger appear,
leaving nothing in its place; not a thing.

i know i can change this; talk to people, i know
but for some reason i cant let anything go.

maybe one day i will learn, maybe i never will,
but as long as my tears keep building
i know that my strength will as well.
