I searched and searched,
In the four corners of his heart,
Deep in his ocean blue eyes,
On his firm lips,
Perhaps in his hug,
It was nowhere.
I rechecked,
Maybe on the bed we share,
Between the sheets,
Amongst the pillows ,
We hurled at each other with love.
It was nowhere,
His love for me had vanished,
Gone to another woman,
For me was left anger and regret.
I let him go,
I fell apart,
I learned to put the pieces of my heart together,
And when it was whole,
That was the most beautiful moment.
My boyfriend was frivolous. He found another girl, rich, beautiful. He was spineless and I let him go
