Remain. Sane.
More or less
I think I'm just lost
Maybe just less
Further from what's best.
Who knows,
****, who can tell me.
You know what,
**** who can tell me!
I've been compared to that
And made to feel mad
Compared to tat
And made to feel sad.
But worse than that,
I've been left like
A dog end.
Only dogs want the end
And care to pretend.
Snubbed out,
Words unknown to me
Are dubbed now.
Only hope I learn
Tired of this burn
Extinguished I release my rage.
Tired of this cage,
Tear away loss from my page.
But who knows?
Maybe another day-
I'll nurse my pain
Till the tears drain
And I may remain.
Remain. Sane.
