Him.
laying down on the sand
the sun has set - so cold
shoveling gently through with my hand
feels like caressing pure gold
you stand by my side
on your face lies the brightest smile
I had hope that times like this will never hide
yet I knew this would end vile
three years pass and you leave
maybe someday we'll forgive
and in this moment I believe
this is something we'll both relive
yet I still treasure our memories
these will remain for centuries
