I search the sky,
I see the clouds,
I watch the shattered fragments through the greenery.
I hear their calls; those chirps and squawks,
I find the birds,
I listen to their sweet music.
I feel grateful for their kindly chatter.
I am glad for my early morning solitude.
A walk in the park inspired me to create a poem after listening to bird calls in the early morning and taking pictures and videos of cockatoos, a noisy miner bird and parrots.
It has been edited quite a few times.
