South of the black clouds,
My Soul flies,
My heart lives.

South of gray clouds,
I walk the streets of Freedom,

Beautiful Han River,
Carries my Spirit,

Memories of dark clouds linger,
Such a black life I had, living under storm clouds,

My wish is, for the dark clouds to vanish,
I want to live under the blue skies of Freedom,
In the place, I was born.
