What a wonderful day, this Valentine's day
When the young couples get together to say
How much they adore and cherish each other
Kisses are currency for afternoon lovers
My only problem, and forgive me the question
Why only 24 hours for romantic expression?
You have every day in a year to show her she's special
So choosing just one strikes me as quite artificial...
Do you care as much for her as you have portrayed?
I'm thinking not.
You just want to get laid.

Hopefully didn't come off too bitterly. I think Valentine's day should be a day to celebrate your love, not prove it. Proving it should be done throughout the rest of the year.
