With both Love and Hate
Being four letter words
Some try and group them
As a matter of course

While Hate loves to hate
In everything it does
Be ever so thankful that
Love knows how to love

With hate being hate
Hate ever thinks of
Love thinks of others
More than often enough

Love is always out looking
For those in need to help
With Hate siting at home
Fuming all by itself

Hate hates when love
Gets others to smile
Hate would much rather in life
See everyone frown

So while both Love and Hate
Are four letter words
They are far from each other
More than a matter of course
