It pains me just to hear your name
Three years later and it's just the same
I can't even say I wonder anymore
The tears still fresh like they've just been tore
Your body can't feel the pain
It's just the voices inside my brain

Not even there and yet--
I hear you everywhere

What did I do WHAT DID I DO?
For the fourth line: pronounce "tears" like "pears." Also, scream that line really loud inside your head. That's what I did. And also scream the last line of the second stanza.

I don't know if I want an answer or if I just don't want anything to do with you.
