Apr 2016
as i set off for the night
snuggle up in my blankets,
i find the profound silence.
the single words ive been waiting to hear all day.
I view the day.
The movie, the car accident.
And i wonder,
who knew?
nighfall sets.
so i wait for the new day,
and pray for simplicity
just rolled off the tip of my brain
