Once there was this song
I wrote , composed and sang
Day and night, days after days
I swayed to the sweetest melody
Who heard me, thought I was mad
But I was drunk with the ecstasy
I would get lost often in that tune
Forgetting that it may not be heard
The person who was the notes
I, who gave the words
He might be in a world, where
The music has yet to be conceived
So without knowing a thing
I sang this song to him
He seemed to be surprised
Bewildered by my caprice
He didn't know how to rise
He got struck by my cries
The only thing he could do
Is to set me free without ado
Along with my Key
I left with my melody
The song is still lying there
In the back of my memory
I don't sing it anymore
It has now become a lore
Once in a while
The tune comes alive
Only then I hymn
This lost song of mine....
Music of the hearts....
