Somewhere along the Mediterranean shore,
Snug between page white cliffs,
Lies the shore we gazed off upon,
Looked out into the distance,
Passed that gem of a sea,
The soft of evening approaching,
The sun shedding its rays,
Painting the sky pink or purple hues
This sand, quiet as my god,
Western winds nudging the earth,
Begging to inch up beside you,
I knew life in this place, nothing more,
The reflection i’ve been fleeing from,
Confronted my most pure of places,
All the thoughts of the night,
Were washed with the tides
edited and reposted, apologize about that
