We planned on watching a movie last saturday; it was our 5th anniversary.
I bought the tickets since you were still at work. You told me to just go into the cinema. I said I'm just going to wait for you but I found out you were in a meeting so I went in. I waited for several minutes; the movie already started. But you said the meeting will only last for a couple of minutes. So I waited and waited and waited until I fell asleep. I woke up as the lights went on; Β the movie was over. And I watched you come near me saying, "I'm really sorry babe. I'll make it up to you." I kissed your cheek and gave you a tight hug. I told you to sit beside me. The movie wasn't really over. We were still able to watch the credits roll together.
You still came.
