Those nights with you,
sent the rain away,
would that you were here with me now,
if my tears fell gently into your eyes, would it make you see ?
sold my soul for you so there's nothing left,
now the night cuts me through,
long, lonely hours watching a clock,
its mournful face taking your place,
under this blood red moon,
I guess love died too soon.
