the Goldfinches love the Sunflower hearts by far their favourite choice of seed
The Rock Doves, males dance around the grass trying to impress the females, their coo cooing mating song they never tire of singing.
The Sparrows arrive a big family tribe, they are the first to bring chicks to the feeders hanging from the Sycamores.
Greenfinch and Chaffinch, Blackcaps and Starlings along with Hoodie Crows and Barn Owls, Golden Eagles and Sea Eagles, and of course Geese and Curlew, Oyster Catcher, Puffin and all the varying Seagulls.....all come for feed, all with their favourite tastes.

sweet finesse from heart fully realised

blue sky blue sea, the cries of seagulls.

your accusers showing no mercy

characters haunting your nights
following every each step of escape

to your own blindness.

uncovering of guilt
can take some doing

where strange drama unfolds

coming face to face
eye to eye

the pain I caused
in my weakness.

having joined the queue
at point of conception

the counting down began
getting ever closer to the ending

and what is this end
if not the beginning

it has always been
a journey into the unknowing.

many look to the heavens
hoping for a sign

its true the Sun will
sometimes hide

but can god really ride clouds
or be beyond our skies

the woe of the world
is not for the child

the child is free

no mortal grist
can wound love.

complete stillness reigns

peacefulness of perpetual love
undiluted presence

yes love is a fortress
undisturbed completeness

pulsating heart
veins aglow

life coursing
through stars

a moon in the night
sings of lovers

feet planted
creation bounty

green grass
between toes

a spiritual
naked dance.

walking within the steps of giants
a well trodden road

a narrow path opening out
into eternal thoughts

mere dust and ashes
but what bright stars.

encouragement nailed to your hands
a wiser man than I confirmed this path
put their poetic heart-seal into my skin
gave acknowledgement in their walk
more than just words or songs, songs.

clouded by doubt
- curl up and die

fleeting life
-thoughts even quicker

change comes always
- always hang in there

though storms rage
-clear skies will return

now and again
and again now

sometimes you sing
sometimes its best

to keep listening
keep guard on your lips

but remember lips
are also for kissing.

Humbled, yes, a child
-a way of being
led by the hand.

within times weave
deep hearts

a time again

we touch
we two

become one
become for-ever

I talk to the seeds in their watered egg boxes
all lined up on windowsills
ask if any would like to be born
-give assurance,  'its all free!'

immersed in nature
the great healer
-
a mothers love
for a child of the universe

impetus in wild places
became stronger each visit

-in the end
I just had to surrender to it

seek out a fulltime experience
-and here I am by the grace of I AM.

gifted a very time limited concentration
or conversley a very large capacity to daydream

time worn skin
reminds to be gentle
-gentle with oneself
and gentle with all others
forgiveness is a battle
to find humanity
where you least expect it
-hearts conundrum.

when you live in solitude
life is crammed full
-full to the brim and running over

nature goes deep
deeper than solitude
deeper than imagination.

birds fly the nest
to sing from their own tree

when caught in an unending snare
the long wait is called for

suddenly you are free
your freedom writ in every line

and the snare is broken.

-no street lamps here to dim the stars

bewitched, spellbound

where sky comes down
to share breakfast and tea

yellow bobbing heads
a waving tree newly budding
all the winter of waiting
a sprung spring of hearts desiring

many a voice clamours for freedom
tying the tongue to song
-a tamed serpent

summer breathes across the ocean
a blue space full of mystery
- did we really crawl out her depths?
after a mix of stardust and salt met
in deep dark wet?

the wind blows warm
a first Butterfly delights
hopping along the wind
not a care in the world.

some song waits till evening
-to make itself known
the changing season
-the perception of light
a spirit transformed
-voices reborn
the flight of the mind
-songs of the heart.

art transforms from object to living streams
ocean of minds, universe of hearts
interconnected intertwined unison
-loves unity realised, the end goal.

toxins from toxic thoughts
those you really must reject
be on guard at the door
-before the toxin takes effect

catching a moment
in a jar

and its gone
before you see it

before you put the lid on
you are lost to a daydream.

a time of rest
- dappled light

trees are budding
- nests built

I can see for miles
- across the blue sea

eternity just the otherside
- of one last heartbeat.

comes close to paradise

wing beats can be heard

sin can be a blindness
thats why we need all the help

some are firestarters
on a world stage
gloryfying in themselves
the power and the rage.

the sharing of suffering
with a crucified'God
suffering becomes
nothing at all
except redemptive love.
