Under the moonlight,
My light dances and flickers,
To keep the solitary soul bound,
Deep into confinement it dove,
Deeper and deeper until there is no more,
Just an endless cold sand on it's feet,
And endless thoughts of giving up,
This is the end of the journey,
This is the end of the road,
Cursed to live a life so lonely,
Cursed to die all alone,
Now I'll watch this last phase of the moon,
While waiting for the dance to be over soon.

It was kindness of friendship that brought me back,
The joyful memories that I had,
Filled my life with joy and laughter,
Those are things that I only remember.
Now I let it slip for a moment and all is gone,
Took everything for granted,
How I wish on a shooting star to bring it back,
But now I'm a pathetic bottle with no one to tack.

Inside my room I hold,
Her gentle hands of gold,
On bended knees I told,
A proposal.
Then felt a sudden caress,
As our lips gently press,
And all I heard was "yes",
An answer.
For me left in daze,
Thinking of future days,
Suddenly lost in a haze,
A dream.
Yet this is all I see,
An endless sky and sea,
That never meant to be,
A happy ending.
Looking from afar,
Seeing her in that car,
Tearing and leaving a scar,
Oh poor heart.

Blank page?
A seranade,
Music that the world would never appreciate.
Tasteless?
An explosion,
Of a generation who looks down on their forefathers.

A withered leaf,
Falling from its foothold,
Swirls in time,
Contemplating the moments he swayed,
And stayed on a high branch,
Feeling the wind blowing on it's face,
Yet now the moment has ended,
As it's face hit the ground when it landed.
