A time comes
When things change
Likes drums
At a close range

She becomes lonely
The friends she's lost
The one and only
At a cost

She becomes crossed
With one hope
Exhaust
She can't cope

Feels worthless
She's trying
No purpose
But lying

She's crying, relying
But dying, an' denying

She knows not
Hell she's grown
But she's forgot
She's not alone

One day
This is strange
All that weighs
Will someday change

She will change
As the time flies
Things  rearrange
And she will be wise

She'll rule her kingdom
All beside
In all freedom
No reason to hide

At a close range
Like drums
Things change
As time comes
Inspired by remembrance of a friend of mine whom I have not seen in a couple of years. I figured maybe I should get back into poetry, although I was never as good as they were. They were special to me, and they will always be special to me.

Also tried my hand at rhyming, not sure how well I did, but there was a lot of emotion behind this piece.

Watch as the Pianist's fingers play over the ticklish keys,
Singing a lovely tune to the ear,
For all to love and enjoy.
Is there purpose behind the lovely song,
Or was it just a thought in mind that comes at a random time?
Music is what is cherished in the heart,
Whether sad or glad,
It makes you happy once again.
Listening to some inspiring piano work. <3

No one notices
No one cares
No one notices the girl struggling
Wanting someone to care
To notice her
She lives in a dark world where she can trust no one
Not even her self
She screams at the sky wanting to die
But never has the heart to do that
For she cares for her friends
And family
And couldn’t bare to see them hurt like she was
She doesn’t cut
She doesn’t cuss
She just wants love and attention
Someone to trust
Someone to tell everything to
She has lost too many friends that she cared so much for
She told them everything
But they didn’t honestly care
They struggle too
But don’t believe her pain is more then their's
They say there is no hope
When she tells them there is
When she doesn’t believe that herself
She has terrors in her life that she talks about
But never actually tells what they were
She wants to
With all her heart
But no one listens
No one cares
No one notices
I'm not going to bother explaining this, just something top-of-the-head at the moment you know?

16 years i've lived
Some days dark,
others darker
Friends and laughter
Breakups and Depression
I have been through it all
But i have managed
16 years of life

The Good Ol’ days, when everything seemed…
Perfect, and well, easy.
When you were young
And seemed not to have a care in the world
Everyone treated you well
Everyone was your friend.
Well those days are gone
Instead of fun, there is stress
Instead of worry free, there is fear
Little ‘In real life’ friends, controlled by electronics
Wars and politics
Bullies and murderers
Every day is a nightmare
You look for every sprinkle of happiness
And once you have it in your grasp
It’s gone in the blink of an eye
Just like that.
School is just a stress
Stress is just a pain
Everything annoys you
You want it to go away…
Wishing it was the Good Ol’ Days.

Birds chirp, as bees hum.
All the little flowers start to bloom.
A little tiger, watches at the birds fly by,
Then distracted by a big butterfly!
She bats at it playfully and watches it land,
Only to take off again as she nears,
She chases again, a great field appears,
A large group of butterflies take to the air,
Stunned and surprised, the little tiger smiles,
As they fly by,
She runs after them, saying her good byes

Snow barren ground, as cold as can be,
Sits a little tiger as happy as can be,
Sparkling pure white flakes fall on his pelt.
He is surprised as his fur turned complete white!
He looks to the skies and smiles so bright,
The little tiger, happier than before,
Bounce around in the beautiful snow!
Dancing, and prancing, as the day goes on,
Night nears, and it's time for sleep,
Little tiger dreams of the great day he had!
