I'm looking for a jacket.
To save me from the cold.

It doesn't have to be bold,
I just don't want to be cold.

The cold is creeping inside me.
I miss what I used to be.

It bites at my skin.
I can't let it win.

Will you be my coat?

Can you save me from this cold?

My stars, my three stars who guide me.
You guide me through the good and bad.
You guide me when I'm happy and when I'm sad.
You guide me when I want to be,
Alone, away from the World.
Locked away with a key.
My three stars circulate my every move.
You have that way of soothe.
You're my miracle,
And I'm yours.

Missing you is like thunder with lighting,
Always there.

Missing you is being struck by that lightning,
Making your thoughts the thunder.

Missing you is finding strength in yourself to stop the rumbling jumble that frightens others.
Yet you are used to it as it occurs daily.

Missing you is swimming in the tears shed for days apart.

Missing you is becoming the person you are today.

Missing you is something I will do,
Day after day until we are reunited.

I miss you.

She's special,
She's beautiful,
She's strong,
She's brave.

She thinks she's nothing important,
She thinks she's not beautiful,
She thinks she's weak,
She thinks she's not as strong as I know she is.

She's told the wrong characteristics to describe her,
She believes the wrong characteristics,
She lives by the wrong characteristics,
And she tells the wrong characteristics of herself.

She should see,
She's an amazing person with beautiful features,
A beautiful personality,
And a beautiful life.

She's perfect.

When your dreams
Finally catch up with reality
And all you want to do
Is pull them away
Yell and scream in their face.
You know it'll do nothing
Because once they go,
They're gone

It's okay to cry,
If you don't know the reason why.
It's okay to feel pain,
If you don't know the chain.
It's okay to break.
If you don't know the stake.
It's okay to shatter,
If you don't know the latter.
It's okay to want it gone,
If you don't know the con.
It's okay to desire,
If you don't know the conspire.
It's okay to be you,
If you don't know who.
It's okay to share feelings,
If you don't know concealing.
It's okay to see everything negative,
If you don't know sensitive.
It's okay to turn,
If you don't know discern.
It's okay,
If you don't know.

Whisper me how I am.

Tell them how I really am,
not a shell of me,
or a new body of me.

Tell my real thoughts,
my real values.

Tell how I looked under the moonlight,
when you whispered "I love you"
Right into my right ear.

Tell them how when I was down,
you came around, and held me tight.
Whispering that it would be alright.

Don't sit there and lie.

Don't tell them that I'm just another girl, because I'm not.

Please.

Whisper me how I am.
