You love me
A little at a time.

Stop saying
You care
Bit by bit.

Stop keeping
Me here
For tiny pieces of time.

Because I need
All of you
Not piece by piece.

I love
All of you
Not just some parts of you.

So love all of me
All the way
All the time.

Or let all of me go
All at once
For good.

If I had an inch I'd give you a mile
If you were a frown I'd give you a thousand smiles
I'd give you the world if you asked
But all I want you to have is my heart

I'll write you a song if that's what you want
Then tear it all up if you don't
I'll show you my mind and give you my heart
Just promise you won't rip it apart

I want to know how you are
I want to know your heart and soul
Your voice is a work of art
I wish you could be mine to hold

I never could move on from your eyes
They'd haunt me wherever I go
Quitting isn't always so bad
When giving up on the impossible

Honestly I'd be crazy not to love you
Although the effect seems the same either way
I have dreams of spending forever with you
I wonder if you'd want to stay?

A cool breeze lulled the trees to sleep
The wise old owl did cry
All the forest creatures looked at him
Shook their heads and sighed

Their eyes are closed, can’t you see, he said
Not a single one has moved
They all smiled back in response
As if they all approved

A complete rush of stillness fell upon the air
Like one had never felt before
Nothing moved at all or stirred about
Upon the forest floor

The wise old owl sat completely stunned in wonder
Colossal eyes, searching all around
Thinking perhaps the trees were not the only ones
Who were sleeping sound

Suddenly the earth began to move and tremble
Shaking everything within his sight
All was stirring in the quiet forest
Trembling now in fright

The wise old owl no longer felt the breeze
Which lulled the trees to sleep
Now afraid to even move one inch
His stillness he did keep

Such awful terror filled his tiny heart
Off racing went his mind
Wondering if the trees were now awake
Angry and unkind

Im holding on
I won't let go
But its a heavy rope
and I'm losing hope
Because as it slowly falls through my fingers;
I lose my grip
And my feet suddenly slip.
'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
did gyre and gimble in the wabe.
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.
"Beware the Jabberwock, my son!
The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun
the frumious Bandersnatch!"
He took his vorpal sword in hand:
Long time the maxome foe he sought-
So rested he by the Tumtum tree,
And stood a while in thought.
As in uffish thought he stood,
The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame,
Came whiffling through the tulgey wood,
And burbled as it came.
One, two! One, two! And through and through
The vorpal blade went snicker-snack.
He left it dead, and with its head
He went galumphing back.
"Has thou slain the Jabberwock?
Come to my arms, my beamish boy!
O frabjous day! Calloh! Callay!
He chortled in his joy.
'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe:
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.
Reality slipped right under my door tonight
Breathed on me and woke me from the deepest sleep
I opened my eyes and there she was
Staring intently back at me

The truth delivered was right in my face
Changing this life that I know
When reality slipped under my door tonight
I knew exactly where I had to go

She showed me visions of that which I miss
Of two arms that held me close
The reflection I saw in her eyes was of you
Telling me all that I needed to know

Then I looked even deeper into her eyes
Seeking to see the same
And I saw your face looking back at me
Calling out my name

His eyes grew dark and distant
absolutely nothing wrong
He smiled without his eyes
how are you feeling?
nothing, numb, bored

Bracing each other, pushing
                                             out

Fearing the flatline, we find
one another, in the dark

Rubbing the blood back into his palms
he buries his breath in my clean hair
Counting down the seconds, we remember

Leaving the cold room, he asks
is it over now?
You send shivers down my spine when you walk in,
Cause the butterflies to flutter like mad.
When you look in my eyes,
You burn right through me.
You are the sunshine when my skies are clouded,
The light when I can't find the good in the world.
I could be all that you need,
You are all that I want.
My stomach knots when you are next to me,
You make me nervous and giddy.
I smile at the thought of you,
Quake in your presence.
You have all control over me,
And you don't even know it.

The bison spirits mend our soul,
the shy breeze blows breath into us,
wolves lonely howl fills our strength, t
he smoke's strong sent patches our beaten minds,
the gentle grass relieves our sore feet,
the rain washes our wounded dreams,
the thunder trains our scratched voices to chant,
the sun clears our fogged eyes,
the river cleanses our clouded memory,
the tree's shade gives back our rest,
the pounding waterfall returns our pride!
We are the children of the earth,
the lovers of the spirits,
let nature heal us,
under the gods turquoise sky!
